What is covered:

Roller shades and roman shades are under warranty against material and manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase.

What is Not Covered:

Normal wear and tear
Damages caused by accidents, misuse of the product, or damages from insects or pets
Damages resulting from failure to follow instructions, such as measurement, installation, or cleaning

If the product is found to have material and manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the product. Discontinued items will be replaced with the most similar product in our catalog.
